Working with teams and leaders in Agile organisations.
For over 6 years, I’ve worked as a Scrum Master in Agile software teams, helping them achieve their goals through a human-centred approach. I step in to make the invisible visible: where communication is breaking down, where alignment is assumed but not real, where ownership is unclear, where people don’t feel safe enough to say what needs to be said. I work directly with the team and leadership to shift those patterns in real time. I value honesty, relationship and transparency.
