Feel the touch of your feet on the ground, the weight of the body on the chair.
Notice the sensation of clothing against your skin, the touch of air on the face and hands.
If they are open, let the eyes receive colour and form, without judging or labelling what you see.
Be aware of any tastes or smells.
Become aware of sounds in the room, sounds outside the room, letting them come and go without comment. Let your hearing stretch out to the furthest and gentlest sounds.
Bring your awareness to your natural breath as it enters and leaves the body.
With your body completely relaxed and mind clear, simply rest in this vast awareness for a few moments.
