A common coaching journey might look something like this…
In our initial conversation, you'll tell me what's happening for you at work, what you've been thinking about, and what you've already tried. You'll leave with one step you can take towards getting some movement.
If you decide coaching is for you, we'll start by unpacking your situation properly: what's no longer working, what's changed for you, and what you really want to be different.
From there, we'll explore what you might want instead. What would you like your working life to look and feel like? What matters to you now? What would make work feel more worthwhile?
We'll open up the possibilities — including some you may not have considered seriously before — and then start working out which ones are worth exploring further.
You might investigate a completely new direction. You might discover that a different role or working environment would make a bigger difference than you thought. Or you might decide that what you really need is to change how you're working where you are.
We'll take those possibilities one at a time, testing them through small, practical steps rather than expecting you to make one huge decision.
